3. Account Registration

5.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once proxies have been allocated. However, we may offer refunds or credits at our discretion in cases of:

• Service unavailability caused by us
• Proxies that do not meet our advertised specifications (0 fraud score guarantee)
• Technical issues preventing use of the service

6. Service Level

6.1 Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6.2 Proxy Quality

We guarantee that all proxies delivered will have a 0 fraud score at the time of allocation. If a proxy does not meet this standard, we will replace it free of charge.

6.3 Replacement Policy

If a proxy becomes flagged or unusable within 24 hours of allocation due to no fault of your own, contact support for a free replacement.

6.4 No Results Guarantee

TubeProxies provides proxy services as tools to assist with your online activities. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or success on third-party platforms. Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Content quality and compliance with platform guidelines
• User behavior patterns and account management practices
• Third-party platform algorithms, policies, and enforcement actions
• Market conditions and competitive factors

Account success is ultimately determined by how you use our services in conjunction with your overall strategy and practices.

6.5 User Responsibility for Platform Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

• Understanding and complying with the Terms of Service of any third-party platforms you access using our proxies
• How you choose to use our proxy services
• Your account management practices on third-party platforms
• Any consequences arising from your use of our services on third-party platforms

TubeProxies does not encourage or endorse any use of our services that violates third-party platform terms.

6.6 Fraud Score Disclaimer

Our 0 fraud score guarantee applies only at the time of proxy delivery. You acknowledge that:

• Fraud scores are determined by third-party services and can change over time
• Your usage patterns and activities may influence how third-party detection systems evaluate an IP address
• Improper use, suspicious activity patterns, or actions that trigger platform detection systems may result in increased fraud scores
• TubeProxies is not responsible for fraud score changes that result from user behavior or third-party system updates

6.7 IP Quality & Fraud Scores

TubeProxies guarantees that all proxies are verified clean with zero fraud scores at the time of delivery. However, no provider can guarantee that IP reputation scores will remain unchanged indefinitely. After delivery, factors outside of our control (such as user behavior, neighboring IPs within the same subnet, and broader network conditions) may affect an IP's reputation over time.

If you experience issues with proxy quality after delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours and we will fix it ASAP for you!

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and services are owned by TubeProxies or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of the proxies, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, or other consequences on third-party platforms

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TubeProxies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Create risk or legal exposure for us

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
