Our 0 fraud score guarantee applies only at the time of proxy delivery. You acknowledge that:
TubeProxies guarantees that all proxies are verified clean with zero fraud scores at the time of delivery. However, no provider can guarantee that IP reputation scores will remain unchanged indefinitely. After delivery, factors outside of our control (such as user behavior, neighboring IPs within the same subnet, and broader network conditions) may affect an IP's reputation over time.
If you experience issues with proxy quality after delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours and we will fix it ASAP for you!
TubeProxies reserves the right to change, replace, or reassign the IP address allocated to a subscription where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:
Login credentials (username and password) associated with a subscription remain stable across such changes unless we indicate otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned changes and to notify you as soon as practical of unplanned ones. We do not guarantee the continuity or permanence of any specific IP address. No refund or credit is due for an IP change that does not reduce the number of proxies allocated to your subscription.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and services are owned by TubeProxies or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TubeProxies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
